Froglife Peterborough
Based
in Peterborough, Froglife coordinate a number of events as part of our
varied projects in the area. Many of these take place at Hampton
Nature Reserve, our European stronghold for Great Crested Newts.

AUGUST
Family Fun Summer Walk
Thursday 14th August, 2-3pm
A
short walk for families in the wild landscape of Hampton Nature Reserve,
spotting all sorts of wildlife and enjoying the fresh air.

'Watch goes batty!' for Hampton Wildlife Watch
Saturday 6th September (postponed from August)
Join
us for an evening stroll around the reserve, searching for bats in their
natural habitat using special detectors.

October
'Hampton's Dinosaurs' for Hampton Wildlife Watch
Saturday 4th October
The
ground at the reserve was a sea bed in the time of the dinosaurs. Join
us and hunt for fossils of Jurassic sea creatures.

BIG
DRAW Big Newt
Saturday 25th October (time TBC)
We'll
be doing all sorts of creative and artistic activities on the reserve, as
part of the national Big Draw campaign, including creating a giant
