Senior Ecologist 
£Commission only basis.  Based in Peterborough.

Froglife Ltd is recruiting a Senior Ecologist to manage the Froglife consultancy business.  Froglife Ltd is a fast growing company formed by the Froglife Trust. It offers ecological services to the highest professional standards and its income contributes towards funding the charity.

Froglife Ltd carries out habitat surveys, protected species surveys and mitigation, site management plans, habitat design, creation and restoration.  Froglife Ltd works with planners, developers and other landowners.

We are recruiting a Senior Ecologist on a commission only basis.  You will be paid commission on repeat business and a higher rate of commission on new business. Therefore, the post is particularly suitable for self-starters who might wish to take a lead on the development of Froglife’s consultancy services.

You will be expected to be able to maintain existing business, attract new business, carry out ecological contracts, recruit and manage field workers and have general responsibility for the overall management of the business.  In addition you will be expected to oversee the finances including submitting tenders.
